Returns & Exchanges

At Fitshop, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
